Pearl™ is manufactured with the finest vitreous china produced in the world today, fired at a high temperature so that it does not absorb liquid and resists chips and cracks. Each piece is molded upon Frances' hand-thrown originals and is hand-finished and hand-glazed. Unlike most dinnerware, the foot of each piece is glazed, preventing scratches on surfaces.
